A spacious and bright apartment with a very careful and pleasant decoration, ideal for long stays, fully equipped. It has a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Large room with a 1.50cm bed, wardrobe, desk and breathtaking views. It also has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and large sink. On its terrace you can enjoy the forests that surround us and part of the Central Massif of Picos de Europa and the Fuente De circus, all while you have breakfast or have a delicious coffee watching the sunrise in the front row. A 5-minute walk through a forest, we arrive at the town of Espinama where you will find a supermarket, a store selling typical products and restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. If you want to enjoy the mountains by taking the odd excursion, we can tell you which are the best routes.

A 75 m2 house distributed over three levels and featuring a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

La Rama del Castor is an accommodation for 6 or 8 people maximum. It is divided into three floors. The whole house has Wi-Fi and heating, plus a fireplace in the living room. Upstairs, the living room (with sofa bed), the kitchen and the other bathroom in addition to the two bedrooms. In the attic there is an open area that invites you to relax, read, play...
