Villa Toscana is located overlooking the city center from the hill and is referred to as the balcony of the island. There is a mountain on one side and the sea view on one side of the city center on one side. On the ground floor, living room, toilet ,kitchen, spacious living room and patio , 3 bedrooms all have balconies and views, there is a large bathroom and clothes room. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located place. Our villa is 3.5 floors and 2.5 floors. The basement floor is independent and we live by ourselves.

Our house , which we call Rıfat Bey in Beyada, located in the Upper Kaleköy location of Gökçeada, is 4 km from the city center and within walking distance to Yıldız Bay and the alternative cafe restaurants and bars in the harbor of Kaleköy. With its quiet and calm nature, you can have a pleasant time in the peaceful garden of Beyada or on one of the tiny balconies of Mr. Rifat. You can have a nice holiday in Bey, which is a pleasant place for those who want to walk nature in the morning or swim in the sea.

Stylishly decorated with Scandinavian style, this home is located in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood close to the city center. 10 minutes to the sea by car and 5 minutes to the city center. The house has a large balcony overlooking the garden full of greenery. This house, which was restored from top to bottom 2 years ago, awaits its guests who want to explore Gökçeada and have a pleasant time here in a comfortable and comfortable environment.

Well Renovated House with garden

Well renovated 130 years old stone house with garden in Eski Bademli (Gliki), one of the old Greek villages in Gökçeada. It comes with a garden and a detached kitchen with all amenities. It has 3 rooms, each has its own luxury bathroom. All room windows are equipped with blinders so that you can sleep well in the mornings. No air conditioning, since we prefer a more natural life.
