Very friendly and polite. The location and so on matched, the only thing I could mention is that there is no air conditioning (which justifies the super super comfortable price for such a nice place), and it's a little warm, at least my family and I are sorry. But overall everything is super good, Ana is excellent host.

We went super well in the house, the number of rooms enough and expand. The stay had everything you need. especially a great opening with check-in times.

We loved the stay! The photos describe as the property is, it is super large so that they can take their pets check-in and the check-in was flexible. As a recommendation I would only tell you to take into account that a gentleman arrives at the house to offer seafood and enter (through the main door of the doors with maya without notifying which we found it uncomfortable ) since from that door they indicate that they do not have keys, although nothing happened because it is quite quiet but one never knows, and as the last one I only recommend that communication be a little more fluid with guests. Otherwise it is a beautiful place to rest and relax at ease with friends or family. 💙🌊

We have absolutely fallen in love with Guatemala! Our stay at El Perdón has been so relaxing, and the place is truly beautiful. What We Loved: They were so easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. - Edwin the house Admin, was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we were settled in and even taking us to the grocery store. He was a fantastic host and made our stay even more enjoyable! - The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and so comfortable. We felt right at home. - The pool was absolutely perfect, and we loved that it had shade over it! The loungers and outdoor furniture were also great, and the easy access to the beach with that amazing view made our stay even more special. Again, thank you so much for hosting us in such a wonderful place. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate all the effort you’ve put into making it such a beautiful and welcoming space. Everything is very well accessible to get to and close to the beach

If you are looking for a private get away, camping type location this is the place for you. Few things if you are coming from the United States, no AC or washing, it gets hot but with the fans the sleep is ok. Make sure you go grocery shopping before you go in because food and restaurants are not easily accessible. The host Carlos will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, he was the best host you can ask for and I would go back.

We rest and diffuse this house a lot, we were only 8 people so the space was more than enough, everything was clean and the house coincides with what it offers, what is a plus is that I accompany us as cleaning support and Dominga cuisine, a wonderful person with a lot of kindness and willingness. We don't feel safe and at home. We'll be back when possible.

The house in Likin is very cozy, large spaces. Pool was clean and nicely maintained We use parking for 3 spaces. The very suitable and great place is the bar with its own refrigerator and air conditioning. The location of the house fits us very well. It's worth going to Transversal 8 for a swim with fresh sea water when the tide is rising. We used this house for 7 days in Easter week and the theme to choose was that it accepted pets. We loved the place.
