Holiday rentals with beach access in Escuintla Department

the house is very nice, both Ana the host and the girl who received us had an excellent service.

I really loved the place. I thought it was a perfect place to vacation. I highly recommend going. The only thing is that the restaurant that is there is not very good in my opinion so I suggest it is better to bring your own food for more comfort.

Excellent! Everything is very good, just that it should be longer the stay. The hours should be from 2:00 pm to 12:00 pm the next day

The place is spectacular, the villa is very comfortable, only the wooden furniture needs arrangements, and complete the minimum dining room with the 8 chairs, otherwise it is well equipped with what you need. Very good choice of lodging there are many areas to spend it. And Lucy is very kind!

Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

It was very quiet, a beautiful place to visit as a family. People are very friendly. Super recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was a wonderful reprieve from the heat and you’re a stones throw from the beach! Nicely nestled away from some of the beach clubs as well so you don’t have as much noise at night. Caitlin and Hugo were wonderfully responsive. Particularly as we experienced a number of power surges throughout our stay. I would happily stay again!

A completely familiar place, the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable in all the environments of the place. Recommended for a weekend break with the family

Lucrecia was very wellcoming and helpfull. She responded promptly to our questions and made our stay in Chulamar incredibly pleasant. The appartment is very spacious and private. The pool was very clean and the beach in front of the ressort was very clean as well. The walkway to the beach and the decks in front of the ocean were nice ammenities. Aracelly, the receptionist, went out of her way to get what we were in need of.

Considering that the reservation was in the highest season where the Paredon is filled and similar to other beach areas in the country suffer from power outages, Jorge and his co-hosts were always on the lookout for my stay, even supporting with an auxiliary power system so that we could enjoy comfortably and peacefully. If there are some things to improve in terms of taps and electric capacity but otherwise the house is super equipped, very well located and with a proximity and beautiful view to the beach. I'll definitely consider staying again when I come back. Thank you so much!

We have absolutely fallen in love with Guatemala! Our stay at El Perdón has been so relaxing, and the place is truly beautiful. What We Loved: They were so easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. - Edwin the house Admin, was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we were settled in and even taking us to the grocery store. He was a fantastic host and made our stay even more enjoyable! - The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and so comfortable. We felt right at home. - The pool was absolutely perfect, and we loved that it had shade over it! The loungers and outdoor furniture were also great, and the easy access to the beach with that amazing view made our stay even more special. Again, thank you so much for hosting us in such a wonderful place. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate all the effort you’ve put into making it such a beautiful and welcoming space. Beautiful place, super recommended Clean and well-maintained

Definitely one of our favorite spots!!!! Not just because the place is beautiful but because of the excellent service of the host. We had a nice week and felt right at home. The villa is beautifully decorated and you can see that all the details are taken care of to make guests find everything cute and clean. Juan Humberto was always looking out for us and making us feel at ease. Gloria also provided us with wonderful assistance and made it possible to enjoy our vacation even more. Loved the place has everything in the kitchen

The condo was wonderful! The private patio was used the most. It had amazing views of the lagoon pool and sunset.
