It has 1 small Bedroom, with a double bed, office corner, bathroom with a shower, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, dining area and equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, SmartTV, central heating with digital thermostat in every room and air-conditioning in the living room. FREE PUBLIC CAR PARC next to the house. 15 min away from the capital city. The bus station is just in front of the house. The nearest train station is 6 min away (3.9km).
