Apartment holiday rentals in Erie County

This is my second time at Caroline's place and I loved it as much this time as last time. Caroline is a very gracious and responsive host. The house is spotless and is stocked very well. I highly recommend it! It is in a very quiet nice neighborhood and has a lovely back and front porch with beautiful view of neighbor's gardens from back porch.

such a cool place to stay! Jay and cohost were very friendly and welcoming. I had one minor issue that was taken care of almost immediately! I definitely recommend and would stay again in the future!

I enjoyed a long stay of about 45 days and it was very comfortable. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. I would highly recommend Norma's place!

The house was lovely - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had all the appliances, dishes, and cooking implements one could possibly need. Several of the glasses and tongs were brand new (still in their original packaging), and all the pieces we used for breakfasts and dinners were in excellent shape. There was a coffee maker, a Keurig machine and a kettle -- so many ways to make coffee! The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets. There were lovely decorative touches throughout the house. Even though the house is attached to the winery tasting room, it was surprisingly quiet. The inclusion of a free wine-tasting and free bottle of wine was a special treat. The surrounding area is beautiful, and we enjoyed driving to see the Lighthouses of Erie just about 20 minutes away.

Very much enjoyed staying there. It was clean, very welcoming had all the amenities described. There was a nice airflow through the apartment, the bed was super comfy. Although we didn’t really use the kitchen for cooking or anything we could have needed was available. The host was very nice and communication was very good. Quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants shops and Presque Isle State Park.

Stopped with my wife and 3 month old for a night while road tripping back home. Space was clean and tina provided good nstructions. There was a good amount of resturants and convient stores nearby.

Beautiful apartment and grounds.Susan was friendly and checked in when I arrived to see if I needed anything. Clean and well appointed. Close to North East where I attended a family baby shower. Sofa and love seat comfortable. Sleep number bed was perfect. Very nice walk in shower. I appreciate the quiet country setting.

it was a lovely apt. and very clean. I will stay aging on my next trip north. I wanted ac and it ended up being chilly, but the apt was warm and very cozy.

Jennifer’s place was truly beautiful. I LOVED the shower! The property is easy to access and close by to anything you could need or want. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly and communicative host and a very functional space. It's not cozy or cute, but it has everything you need in a comfortable setting, and is convenient to downtown.

Excellent stay for a medical rotation study space. Dan was very responsive! I had everything I needed so I didn’t need to contact him. I was there during the rainy season and the balcony was a nice addition to enjoy coffee while listening to the storms. The neighbors were quiet with exception to about once a week when they would practice piano and singing. It was just loud enough for me to hear in the background of cooking and studying. Not obtrusive but almost like my own private concert. I found it to be a nice surprise because they are quite talented. They were never heard after 8pm. Easy <10 minute drive to LECOM and Gannon. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Walmart grocery, Factor meals, and DoorDash delivered easily. The back steps are steep as mentioned in the description (which I did not appreciate until after leg day at the gym lol), but this is typical for historic homes. Overall, I highly recommend this very clean, very spacious, and conveniently located property.

Don was great company and does a great job at taking care of any needs. Great atmosphere and sceneries. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet place with great company.

We loved this apartment! Brighter and more spacious in person (compared with pics). It had everything we needed for the weekend. Super comfy vibe. Squeaky clean. Becky and Chip were wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again if we ever need accommodations in the Erie area. Highly recommend!!

It was a wonderful time from a very good host. It was very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. We were far enough from Erie to have peace and relaxation but close enough to Erie for activities. We were sad to leave. Thank you Dawn!!!

This was my second stay at this property. I found it peaceful and the neighborhood very walkable. A few minutes walk to the park and also walkable to main streets with amenities. The place is nicely decorated and hosts were very responsive.

Jennifer was very responsive and helpful They responded to all the requests and needs immediately I felt very seen and taken care of. The neighbourhood was fine, we had a car too. We didnt have any issues regarding safety or anything.. Altho a little old, the house is better than its photos
