Beachfront holiday rental in Erice

Overall we had a good time. Sebastiano was a great and very helpful host. For example we had a little trouble getting there by public transport (which we really wouldn’t recommend, a car is very practical in this area!) and he send his mother to pick us up from a city nearby. Selinunte was at that time of year very very quiet and empty and the beaches had a lot of algae - maybe consider this if you’re looking into spending time there. The kitchen was well equipped and cooking there was comfortable. The inner courtyard was very cozy, although obviously sealed off from the outside world.

We had an amazing time at Emanuele's place. We could check-in early and check-out late, which was great. We could also park our car safely behind his gate. The house is big, very clean, and has everything you need. Emanuele is a great host, he'll do everything he can to make your stay unforgettable and feel at home. He also shared good tips for restaurants in Marsala. Don't hesitate any longer and book this place, I highly recommend!

We (2P.) experienced very good days in this beautiful place in mid-September. The garden with its many trees and plants is paradise; we had grapes, oranges, cactus figs, lemons, rosemary, basil, oregano …. In the kitchen there is everything it needs. The nearby beach (2min.) is great and we took long walks on the beach every day. There were few other people. The water is refreshing and clean. We have recovered well in this tranquility and the sound of the sea is still wonderful to hear at night..... We enjoyed the evenings under the covered veranda. The path to the beach leads over a short little dune and then - 50m north - there is a restaurant with fine food.

We could not have chosen a better place to be. Favignana is stunning and the people are so kind and friendly…. With great sense of humour. Mara is the perfect hostess …. What a wonderful time we had at the Pearl of Sicily!! This stunning private villa has a beautiful sandy beach on your door step!! With the added bonus of a beautiful pool!! The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Amazing! Magical! You should stay here :) Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in the world including fancy hotels. The house is located on a nature reserve, which meant it was quiet and beautiful with truly spectacular views. The sound of the ocean, the fragrant smells of the garden, the relaxing patio overlooking the cliffs and the water - it just seemed unreal. Our friends said it was like being in a movie. The house was very comfortable and relaxed but also well done - modern kitchen, bathrooms and doors. Easily space for 8 people. Caterina was a fantastic host - very easy to communicate with and had a whole array of goodies for us when we entered including fresh fruit, cookies, bread, jam, tea, coffee, milk etc. The town nearby was walkable and we ate at a great pizzeria close by. The nature preserve, tide pools, everything - just phenomenal. I can’t recommend highly enough - and I can’t wait to go back!

We (family with 2 children 1.5 and 3.5) felt right at home. Zaira has really thought of everything. From the stroller, cot and drinking water in the fridge, everything is available. When we had a power outage, she responded within 1 minute and showed us the solution and we had light again immediately. The house, garden and pool were very clean and we could even bathe in the heated water. The kids had extremely fun and didn't want to leave. To explore the area you need a car and you can be in Palermo in about 30 minutes and at the airport in 10 minutes. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

We had a lovely week at Ivana’s beautiful house. The view is incredible and our 5 year old loved the heaters pool. Ivana had thought of everything with loads of beach equipment to use and tons of pool towels and very kindly booked us a restaurant on our first night

We had an amazing time at the villa. Everything was as described and the hosts were absolutely lovely. Very quick response and flexible approach to checkout which ensured we had the best time ever there. Will definitely be returning!!

Francesco and his wife were adorable, very welcoming and discreet. The accommodation is located in a perfect location on the beautiful Mondello beach. Everything is accessible on foot or by bus, with Palermo 15 minutes away. Francesco and his wife gave us a guided tour of the city. We warmly recommend this listing!

Our stay at Lilli's house was just perfect....Lilli organized everything well...Directions... reception by Giovanni ....small provisions....communication also great with her....responds immediately....the house is a small gem and the garden with the many exotic trees, the view of the mountains, the great pool, the tranquility, just wonderful. Giovanni is the good soul of the estate and always has a tip in stock...the surroundings are great, especially we liked the ornate Parrini. Thanks Lilli for the super hospitality! We had a wonderful time, and loved your pool. Hope to come back sometime....

Was very nice to stay.

We had a spectacular stay at Alfonsos place. The views from the villa are amazing and it was perfect waking up to watch the sunrise every morning as well as showering outside everyday. The place is very homely and cozy and we enjoyed using the pool and spa robes everyday. Alfonso is a friendly and accommodating host and was responsive to questions and anything we needed help with. The area is quiet and it’s best to hire a car to get around to travel to the supermarket but there’s some restaurants in Scopello itself and the beach is about a 20min walk away. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

We spent 5 pleasant days at Fabrizio and Lavinia's Villa. Communications were always accurate and timely. The property is reminiscent of a small Hollywood villa transplanted to Sicily. Designed and tastefully furnished, the villa and especially its swimming pool allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in privacy. The two hosts live in the basement and are often away during the day for work. The villa coexists physiologically with the small fauna of the Sicilian countryside, for example with the cute geckos that come in the evening to snoop around. Recommended for those who want to relax in a large, clean, quiet environment, surrounded by nature that can even be sumptuous in some of its details.

We had a wonderful holiday at Giuseppe's villa. We were traveling with two couples and two kids and the space was perfect for this composition. The grounds are sheltered and can be enclosed, which is nice with the children. Less than 2 minutes walk from the beach and two nice restaurants. We had a lot of bad luck with the car and Giuseppe helped us with the communication with the garage. The hospitality was great, thanks for the nice stay!

We had a few wonderful days! The sea is so close that you can hear it rustling from the property. Perfect beach holiday relaxing beach holiday. Giuseppe is totally straightforward and a very nice helpful host. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the holiday apartment. Apart from a pair of scissors 😅, the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect for us. With a car, we were able to explore many places in the surrounding area. And as for the host… well, it’s rare to find someone so friendly and accommodating. Fantastic stay- gorgeous views, privacy of nature but walkable to good restaurants and beach etc. So relaxing, lots of elegant space at the property. A gem!

Staying at the beautiful house in Macari was fantastic. The terrace offered stunning sea views, making every moment special. Giuseppina was an outstanding host, always happy to assist with any need. Her warm hospitality added to the charm of this well-maintained and comfortable property. We highly recommend this house for a memorable coastal getaway.

We were 6 people and stayed for a week at the end of summer season. It is very spacious and has everything you need. Kitchen supplies (except dishwasher), extra blankets, towels, tables outside and inside, big grill, two full bathrooms, kids games, an outdoors shower and a fantastic terrace with a wonderful view of the coast. Elisabetta is very responsive host, she replies within minutes to your questions. She and her husband Massimo helped us with places to eat, shop, park, etc. The private beach is 10 minutes walk down from the villa. Very steep but it is worth it,! Absolutely wonderful small pebble beach with crystal clear water. There is also a tennis court that we could use. You can also walk up to the village of Scopello with several restaurants. It is 5 minutes walk up. Also steep but much faster then to drive around with a car. There is plenty of parking. Kids loved the hammock! We would definitely recommend the place!

Very clean and Bright apartment very close to the beach. Within an easy walking distance of the town centre with its many bars and restaurants. Quite a pleasant walk along the beach promenade. The accommodation has a separate living area and bedroom with good air-conditioning. The living area is quite small, but it also has large comfortable outside areas for seating and dining with good shade. Ample parking also.
