House was clean, hosts were friendly. There were a lot of things to do. Everything was better than in the photos and as we expected. We had a great time there.

This place was truly magical! I would give it more stars if possible 🌟 The location was very close to Cēsis and easy to find but also private. The interior was truly outstanding and the outside area is perfect for peaceful rest by the pond and a nice barbecue. The host even provides everything you would need for cooking inside, a nice outdoors bbq and even for the sauna. The inside of the sauna house was also outstanding - you feel like you are a part of the Baltic mythology and can enjoy magical sauna vibes with everything you would need available! 🙌🏻 The host was amazingly helpful and friendly - promtly answered all of our questions. Thank you, Inese! Overall I would recommend this location for any kind of bigger event or small gathering you might have, especially the sauna. I’m definitely going back! 🤍

The Latvians have a saying - don't look the husband out of a hat. It's the story of John's house that looks simple from the outside and getting inside into a fairy tale. A great place to relax, sleep and spend time with family or friends.

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need- and more! From charcoal and all the grill tools, logs for the hot tube and sauna, to a great coffee machine and thoughtful touches throughout. The terrace was super cozy, surrounded by lush greenery, with plenty of different types of swings and places to unwind. At night, the starry sky was magical. It’s ideal for 3-5 people with plenty of space and clearly lots of love and care from the owners, both inside and out. The host even left us some sweet, delicious surprises that made us feel truly welcomed. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, making the most of the house and garden.Time flew by, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. We would love to come back again someday. Thank you for everything! This Airbnb experience was just amazing. Valters offered everything we could wish for and more. We had a truly wild experience in the countryside of Latvia. I recommend this Airbnb for everyone and it's now our official Christmas place. We did things like ice skating, cross country skiing, playing with huskies, ice swimming and much more. Book this airbnb for a guaranteed amazing experience. They even got us a Christmas tree (from the wild).

A lovely house, located just a 10-minute drive from both Turaida and Sigulda. The kitchen and living room were spacious and well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing. We loved the terrace outside that had plenty of room to sit and enjoy the warm, Spring weather!
