Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Erdington

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

We had a lovely stay. The studio was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to the Cathedral, the river basin, and the museum and it was an easy walk from the Pool Medow bus station. Ray was always prompt and responsive in communication. When the bed developed a glitch he immediately sent a maintenance person to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt at home in Shazad’s house. He was very helpful and quick to respond. Great stay from a great host. Easily recommended!

Lovely stay! Looked exactly like the photos, definitely would stay again as host were very responsive and had great communication throughout our stay. You do have to pay for parking, however there was no issues. Thank you YM3 Living!

I only have good things to say about this place! We felt right at home and Mikaela was very helpful and flexible with the check in. We loved our stay and we would be very happy to come back.

Martin's place was just as described... a ground floor, compact flat with all you need. this was particularly vital as my wife is terminally ill and we needed easy access. It was also ideally located for the Black Country Living Museum - a short drive away (12 minutes). Just a note that may help. The keys for flat 2 are in the lock boxes on the stub wall immediately behind you as you face the front door at street level!

A nice, fully equipped house in a quiet street, but close to shops and pubs, easy walk into Tamworth town centre, and good for walks along the local canals and in the wildlife reserve

It's a fantastic living experience here and the landlord Ebrahim was a very friendly and nice person who helped us a lot before we moved into the house.

We stayed at Lee's place whilst in the area for work. We had a great stay. The house is decorated in a very modern style and is a great place to relax in the evenings. Whilst we didn't use the hot tub that is also a great addition. Having 2 parking spaces was also a massive bonus for us. Access to the front of the house is down a really quiet close as well which made our work vehicles feel even more secure. Thanks Lee!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It looks exactly like the photos—beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer (though we didn’t get a chance to use them). The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well each night. The gated parking was a huge plus and made things very convenient. Communication with our host, Adam, was excellent. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions—with clear photos and a helpful video—made everything super easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place—we’d happily stay here again!

amazing place. 10 of us stayed for a weekend event in the NEC and this was a 5 minute drive away. I love that everyone had a bed and when we all hung out in the living room and kitchen it did not feel too crowded. the outdoor space is fab too. clean and pretty. communication fab. want to stay again!

Really great base for a week of travel. Spacious house with plenty of things provided to make the stay better. Nice garden to enjoy the sun in, and a nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely use this again.

Newly arrived in Birmingham, this place made it feel like home. Everything you can need in a home was available. Jennifer was so nice and always quick to respond. One of the best experiences I’ve had ever. Everything is modern just like the photos. Kitchen is fully equipped which makes it easier for a longer stay. Place overall was awesome and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you.

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Another good stay in Moseley. The apartment is a good size, well proportioned and clean, just right for two people.

Fantastic location, just a short walking distance from the train station and many of the best restaurants in the city. The flat was very well kept and exactly like in the photos. The host was quick to reply and both checkin and checkout went smoothly.
