A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

In the town of Cheverny, in the heart of the most beautiful castles of the Loire, this former wine press, completely rebuilt, welcomes you in peace and quiet, in the greatest comfort. A private house, without cohabitation, parking and private garden. Large living room open to the kitchen, and two double bedrooms, with their bathroom. Air conditioning for periods of great heat, and wood stove for cold winters. A contemporary and classic look that inspires serenity.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Come and enjoy a stay in the countryside, with family, as a couple, with friends or colleagues. The house is located in a quiet subdivision, and 13 minutes from the TGV station, which can take you to Paris in 45 minutes. You can also visit the castles in the area and enjoy the nearby amusement parks. Living-dining room, open kitchen, three bedrooms, 7 beds (possibility to modify some beds), two bathrooms, two toilets, terrace, large garden.

Willow cabin by the river

This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood. It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself... It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.

In the country setting of our family home, you will be welcomed in a 42 m2 independent guest house and 3000 m2 tree-lined garden. Good starting point for the Loire Valley castles. Near the land of Ronsard and the Loir Valley, you will find Lavardin, the troglodyte city of Troo, the commanderie d'Arville. Equestrian activities 10 minutes away. Vendôme TGV station 15 minutes away (Paris 43 minutes).
