Had an amazing stay for 3 nights. Shen and the rest of the staff were all so lovely & they were always available to answer any questions/sorting out activities/organizing taxis’. Was nice to have the restaurant right next to our room too! The safari tour they organized was the highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing host, helped us throughout our Sigiriya stay. Madara arranged our trips to Dambulla and Lion’s rock, went out of the way to rent us her father’s bike. Loved the Airbnb and the whole vibe of Sigiriya. Breakfast was complementary and was blend of Sri Lankan and English food. Totally recommend.

Es ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, die gesamte Familie und Angestellten kümmern sich hervorragend um alles, das Frühstück war super lecker und sehr reichlich und wir haben sehr gute tips für Unternehmungen sowie die Organisation der Fahrer bekommen. Der Pool ist toll für die Abkühlung nach den Ausflügen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Upul und seine Frau sind hervorragende Gastgeber und ich habe mich dort von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Upul hat mir sogar einen Fahrservice vom Flughafen zu seinem Haus organisiert. Die Einzelheiten hierzu kamen zwar sehr spät aber es hat super geklappt und der Preis war angemessen. Upul hat sich viel Zeit genommen und mir viele Vorschläge für Unternehmungen gemacht und hat sogar seinen freien Tag geopfert, um mich spontan zu meinen Wunschorten zu bringen. Auch hierfür war der Preis okay. Upuls Frau ist eine sehr gute Köchin und hat mir an einem Abend ein leckeres vegetarisches Gericht zubereitet. Wir sind als Freunde auseinander gegangen und ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Our group of 9 wanted to worship Swarnamali maha Stupa and we chose Buddhi's for accommodation. Quality of rooms were similar to the quality of a 4 or 5 star hotel. Plenty of space within the 3 rooms. They had AC, hot water and en suite bathrooms. Outside layout with Buddha Statue was very serene. The maid/nilmini Akka was friendly and approachable. Kiripidu/milk rice dana was prepared in the kitchen. All boxes were ticked and we were very happy. Thank you. The only missing this was an iron which was broken by a guest previously. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while you worship Aramasthana I recommend you to choose Buddhi's. 10/10

Vidu (Anus Bruder) war sehr nett und und jederzeit zu erreichen. Er hat uns bei alles Fragen weitergeholfen. Seine Familie war sehr nett und das Frühstück war lecker und jeden Tag etwas anders! Das Baumhaus ist einfach, aber sauber und war für uns eine gute Zwischenstationen . Nachts hört man die Tiere (Hunde, Affen). Der einzige Nachteil war, dass am ersten Tag Gartenabfälle direkt neben dem Baumhaus verbrannt wurden und es sehr nach Rauch in dem Baumhaus gerochen hat. Wir haben Vidu Bescheid gegeben und er hat sich darum gekümmert. Danke!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Die Unterkunft kann teilweise wunderschön sein, wenn die Reisfelder grün sind. Wenn sie nicht grün sind, ist es auch schön, aber eben nicht ganz so.

We had an amazing time at Anuradhapura. Shehan is an excellent host and curated his place for visitors. There are multiple boards at the place which gives ample information about Anuradhapura and it's attractions. He also took time to personally guide us to top spots according to our ask. He arranged a tour for Mihintale which was one of the best. Local recommendation and food spots. Room was perfect with clean washroom and hot water
