Washer/dryer is available and parked without problem outside. House with solar panels.

Mer's place is really warm and comfortable, I'm a fellow nature lover and I loved all of her plants, books, and fun little collections. Communication was great, the apartment had all the amenities we needed - Mer even put out an iron and ironing board for me to use to iron clothes for by brothers wedding. The only downside was that we didn't get to meet Mer! Looking forward to coming back and staying again :)
