Beautiful, unique location. Very peaceful surroundings. The restaurant in the premises was outstanding.

This cottage is a bargain. Small and tidy. Comfy bed in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short way off the 3 near a bunch of restaurants and wineries. My friends were paying $200 bucks at the hotel up the road! I highly recommend it.

El lugar completo es muy bonito, la habitación es pequeña, ideal para darse una desconectada o simplemente para ir a dormir y pasar la noche. La persona que ayuda al anfitrión es muy amigable y apoya en lo que se necesita, el lugar está privado, tiene amenidades muy buenas.

We are returning guests because we love everything about this rustic little gem. Sitting high on the cliff overlooking the ocean with steps to the beach. Our check-in was easy and communication was perfect. The location is walkable to restaurants, bars, and a corner store. This accommodation is very dog friendly as is the beach. We will return soon!

My recent stay at La Siesta was awesome. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with impeccably clean rooms, made it feel like a home away from home. The standout feature was the genuinely caring staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. @Angel you are awesome thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there in the small studio with the tiny kitchen. We felt like we were in a fairy tale magical villa. When we arrived, we found candles had even been lit for us... so lovely. They also provided bottled water which was a thoughtful touch on their part. The room was VERY warm and cozy, especially the one night we made a fire in the fireplace. It was delightful to walk less than 25 years through the courtyard to the patio and sip coffee while looking over the beach and beautiful sea. We even say a few dolphins! Twice we ventured all the way down the steps (off of the patio) to the beach and walked up and down it for exercise. We had breakfast at The La Fonda hotel (which is within walking distance) and it was delicious. Here too, we sat on a patio over looking the ocean. The studio is rustic, so not for people who need everything to be pristine, but what it lacks in fancy-ness, it more than makes up for in charm.

Amazing! The sunsets here are incredible. Very peaceful and comfortable, not to mention that Zeida was a great host and responded promptly to any questions. Everything was impeccably clean and the bed very comfortable. Book it now, I assure you you won't regret it!

Todo fue excelente: el ambiente súper bonito, bien cuidado, con una energía muy especial que invita a relajarse y disfrutar. El servicio fue de primera, cada detalle muy bien pensado, y se nota que se esmeran por brindar una gran experiencia. Sin duda, lo recomiendo al 100% si estás buscando un lugar que realmente valga la pena. ¡Definitivamente regresaría!

Fue una estancia muy agradable, el lugar estaba muy limpio y tiene todo lo que se necesita. Marco y Daniel siempre estuvieron al pendiente y fueron flexibles al dejarnos hacer check out unas horas mas tarde. 100% volvería a quedarme aqui y lo recomiendo.

My family and i really loved our stay with Joni and Fernando. They are wonderful and attentive hosts. The location of their home is ideal . An awesome view of the ocean and very close to the beach with spectacular tide pools and a nice little beach. The Restraunts were a short drive away. the neighborhood is very safe for your family and no need to worry about your vehicle at night . The park was perfect for the kids to burn off some energy after lunch. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at la Sierra !

At first we booked this villa thinking it was in downtown rosarito as the map indicated. This was not the case, as it was further south of rosarito, but still a lovely area. We arrived to the suggested address after driving for 6 hours and realized there was a bit of a mix-up (which is understandable with Mexican addresses). We then arrived and everything was sparkling clean, except for the kitchen sink, which the faucet was missing! We also noticed there was two of the bathrooms that 1) had an issue flushing, and 2) had a leaking seal at the base. Two days later someone came to repair the kitchen sink, as well as the toilet that wouldn’t flush. The toilet ended up breaking again, just a couple days after the repair. Not a big deal! We contacted the person responsible for the property locally in rosarito, and he assured us on multiple occasions that it would be repaired. Finally, near the end of our month stay we decided to contact Maxine directly, and she had ALL the issues resolved and repaired within a couple days. we greatly appreciate being able to stay here, as it was spacious and comfortable for my wife, dog and I. Great access to the beach, security that made us feel safe (and welcome), and an all around well stocked home for anyone that does cooking. I would still rate this a 5/5 despite all the issues because of the ease, we understand now that we were not contacting the right person to handle functional issues and how comfortable the Villa was. Walking distance to two oxxos, art galleries, as well as the numerous food vendors on the street.

Súper recomendable la vdd es que estaba súper limpio y súper bonita la casa tenía espacio para coche y muy buenas instrucciones amé totalmente el lugar definitivamente volveríamos aparte de ser muy cordiales y amables

The stay is very secure (garage door with remote control), can easily fit two cars (talk to the host if you need more car space). Beautiful decorated garden with a place for some carne asada. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable so its the TV area. Overall great stay.

Maryanne's place is a relaxing, quiet oceanview casita very tastefully decorated in a charming Mexican style. Maryanne is also a very responsive and accommodating host and the neighborhood is quiet and secure with 24/7 security. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here again!
