Perfect in every way for a comfortable & convenient stay. The apartment is spacious, well lit, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities provided. The location is a 10 minute walk to 2nd Street Light Rail station which makes it really convenient to get to places. Neighborhood is peaceful and safe to walk. Loyda is a wonderful host. She was responsive and friendly. All the requests we made were promptly responded. Our stay was smooth and really comfortable thanks to her and her team. The place’s nightly rate is not exactly cheap but you get what you paid for. Great value for money, all things considered. Recommended for families or groups looking for an all-round great stay while you visit New Jersey and New York city!

My husband & I spent a week in this gorgeous apartment. Great location with easy access to underground and walking to lots of restaurants & sightseeing. Very clean, well equipped and the views just stunning. Would highly recommend

The view of NYC is amazing, Airbnb was clean and as pictured, location is convenient to Hoboken and train/uber into city, nice building amenities and great communication with Zo and Paige. Would book again.

While having a vibe similar to the overlook hotel from the Shining, the place was amazing. Beautiful views and felt super cozy. Would recommend a stay here to anyone!

Paul’s condo was PERFECT for our family of 4. The condo is in pristine condition. Highlights include beautiful balcony over the view with a surrounding view, HUGE bathroom and very comfortable king bed. The amenities also made the stay tip-notch, including very large pool, hot tub, outdoor play areas and pool/games downstairs. The building was well-kept as a resort. Highly recommend: 10/10!

It is a great location, with plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity. The unit was quiet, clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a week long stay. The owner was very responsive to any query, and I did not have any issues with the unit during my stay. I'd work with Henry again for a future stay in Vernon, NJ.

This was such a nice stay. It was a great stay because the space was more than enough to accommodate my wife and I along with our daughter, as well as my mother in law and sister in law. It was close to grocery shopping so we were able to cook for ourselves. Plus the train to take us to New York wa literally a half block away! This is where we:lol stay ANYTIME we come to the NYC area.

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Where to begin...from the gorgeous landscaping and patio, gurgling brook right along the property, to the pristine house and freshest smelling linens and towels, we had an absolutely marvelous time!! We had a wonderful stay at Natalia’s place! The home was spotless, well-appointed, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood with easy access to shops and restaurants. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and Natalia was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was as advertised in the post and pictures. Nice beds in all the bedrooms, plenty of kitchen and den space with TVs in all the bedrooms as well as big TV in the den. Being able to park in the driveway was a big plus! Good water pressure in the baths (can be a hit or miss in the older houses in the area). Very well-equipped kitchen (minor knock that dishwasher and ice maker weren’t working). I would stay here again without hesitation.
