My stay was good, the place is nice, I liked the layout. The bed and linens were wonderful, plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked enough for my needs. There are some neat places nearby, including a food truck park and cafes and brewery/bars. That made for a busier neighborhood than I expected. I stayed in the front room and heard a lot of noise including revving engines late at night etc. I am a light sleeper though. Also, the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay, easy walk to the beach. Hosts were fantastic.

Home away from home with a beach. This has been one of the most peaceful coziest serene homes we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this home was nothing but positivity for our family. The amenities provided by the hosts were more than adequate to provide a family many memories. The seclusion we had during our stay was better than perfect. The host was thorough in communicating house rules and making accommodations during our stay. Would recommend this bungalow for any family to enjoy. Will be back soon.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Garage was about 6inches too small but we were very aware of this before booking. Place was clean and was very close to the beach! The pilot light was off for the heat. We contacted Diana and she responded right away even on a Sunday. I would definitely book this property again

Our family had a wonderful vacation to start the summer off! This location is remarkable - walkable to the beach, restaurants, etc. The home itself is wonderful as well - everything you want is there! This was our first time in Carlsbad and will definitely be back!

Clean, modern, attractive apartment. Walkable to beach and Village. Easy parking, seamless access.

The beach bungalow was as described. The location was ideal, just two blocks from the beach. The hot tub was a standout feature for our visit. It was clean and we had no issues with temperature. The home is a bit no-frills but that was as expected, still a great value. Host was responsive and shoutout to Pete, manager, who was kind and helpful throughout. Our family would stay again. P.S. the train did not really bother our family, some who are light sleepers, during the stay. It will not wake you up in the middle of the night.

Great location. Home was very cozy and comfy. Lots to do within walking distance from restaurants to shopping to sightseeing. Also close to the beach.

We had an amazing time at Jen’s place. It was exactly as described and Jen was a super responsive and helpful host. She had lots of recommendations to share and addressed all questions promptly. The neighborhood was also perfect for our needs.

Nice clean place. Backyard is great for kids and for hanging out. Lots of street noise from the interstate.

Great location. Just as pictured. Very walkable to many places around the neighborhood and to public transportation. Location could use some curtains. Great location to explore San Diego.

The Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures. It was well set up for families with a pack n play available and safety locks on the cabinets. It was a short 20 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was at Matt's place was great! The kitchen was by far the highlight, but the rest of the house fit our family of 7 perfectly. The garages were tight (only an inch or two to spare for a 2025 Subaru Forester in the smaller one and a 2013 Ford Explorer with the mirrors folded in fit just fine in the larger one), but having that parking was invaluable. The home was well stocked and very clean. The location was perfect with easy access to both the bay and the beach. Matt gave excellent instructions and was responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Everything was nice and clean felt right at home. Nearby walkable restaurants and friendly neighborhood. Host was very friendly and responsive. Love the pool table and hot tub. Would definitely book again!

What a great place to stay for the views and central location. The inside was nice and spacious to have the 5 of us in without being too crowded. Would definitely go back to this location. We felt very safe and secure here. Additionally the hospitality was great as we were welcomed with fresh fruit and instructions on amenities. Some notes for vacationers: * There are a lot of stairs to the front entrance. There is a hand rail available, but we could hardly use it has the shrubby was covering it. The stair light was great and always on in the evening. * There were two steps that caught us off guard in the house. One was into the master bedroom and the other was into the laundry room where the fridge was located. * Be sure the door to the patio is unlocked before closing the door. You might lock yourself out.
