Calme et verdure à Tunis

C'est un très beau studio en rez-de-jardin, alliant charme et modernité. Son accès est indépendant et se fait par le jardin: un havre de calme et de verdure .. .à quelques mètres seulement des commerces et restaurants, dans le quartier résidentiel d'El Menzah. Toutes sortes de commodités dans l'entourage immédiat : pressing, cafés, restaurants, les très bonnes patisseries Gourmandise et le Gourmet sont a 2 mn a pied etc ... L' aéroport de Tunis Carthage est à 7 mn en voiture Vous êtes à 18 kms de la Marsa de Sidi Bou Said et de la plage Pas de problème de parking devant la maison il y'a toujours de la place ! La station de bus ou de métro aérien est à 10 mn à pied. Sinon il est facile de trouver des taxis ! Le studio offre tout le confort . La décoration est sobre, de style tunisien très épuré dans des tons doux ivoire et gris ( très cookooning !). Le studio est meublé d'un grand lit en 180 cm avec une excellente literie ! Il ya une jolie salle de bain avec douche et également un grand dressing . La kitchenette est entièrement équipée : frigo-congélateur , plaque chauffante à induction , micro- ondes, cafetière, bouilloire vaisselles etc. Vous disposez également d'une TV écran plat. ( bouquet de chaînes françaises et autres ) et du WIFI gratuit. Chauffage central et climatiseur . Pour votre arrivée un nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner sera offert !
