Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.

I was greeted by Santiago on time, he handed me the keys and showed me the most important things in the kitchen, the room, etc. He also gave me instructions on how to get to places on foot or by car. I thought it was cool to have a more private access for me and the bathroom for me in the room. Although we didn't see each other much during my stay, Santiago was always on the phone with me. María, her partner, is also a delight. I'll definitely be repeating again.

I stayed here with my parents, brother, and partner overnight before a flight back home from the Madrid airport. The place was gorgeous and Elena Laura was very helpful and accomadating for check in as we arrived late from a flight. The pictures don't do the loft justice, it is wonderfully decorated and very clean. We were even gifted a bottle of wine upon arrival. The airport was a simple 10 minute cab ride away and it only cost about 20 euros for 5 people. The one thing I will mention is that if you prefer a little more privacy make sure to note that the shower is not private. There is a separate bathroom with a toilet and sink however the shower is in the corner of the main room with the bed. It's kind of hard to tell from the pictures, but all three beds are in the same lofted area and while there is a little divider in front of the main bed, if you are traveling with a big group you will likely have to take turns being upstairs to shower. That being said the stay was still 5/5.
