Nice host who responds super quickly. Nice place to stay. It is super close to the metro, so you are very quickly in the center of Madrid.

Carlos was very gracious host. Always looked out for us, and gave us plenty of good recommendations. Highly suggest that you stay at his place!

Very comfortable stay. The apartment is clean, tidy and they are pending to give you the correct directions to get there. The apartment is very close to the mouth of the metro that takes you downtown and there is a square nearby to be able to take something quiet. The most difficult thing is to park nearby, but it is true that just 8 minutes from the apartment, you can leave the car in the cemetery area. Overall very happy !!!

The apartment offered by Gema perfectly matches the description and photos of the listing, bedding, equipment, furniture, appliances and kitchen accessories everything was in perfect condition and functional. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from bus station 77 and 167 to reach canillejas and ciudad lineal in 15 minutes (metro line 5). Plenilunio Mall is a 15 minute walk away. Otherwise, by car, parking space is available in the basement just at the entrance and direct access to the apartment. The interaction with Gema was clear, accurate and very courteous. As a Host myself, I know how to recognize the efforts made to maintain its unit and satisfy its customers, Gema has succeeded in these two conditions. I would recommend to 💯 for 💯 and would not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arose.

We were here for the show at IFEMA so the spot was really convenient. Premises were clean, all of the necessary amenities, plenty of dishes.

My wife and I stayed over 2 weeks and just loved it, the place became a home for us. The apartment is far better in person than in pictures. The check-in was amazing, Casandra met us in person, made sure that everything worked (she even changed the batteries on the tv remote) explained how to use the microwave and washing/drier (they are slightly different than what we have in the US). She walked me to the supermarket and showed us where the pharmacy and hairdresser were. The apartment is very comfortable with privacy in the bedroom. excellent kitchen and dining area, spacious. bed comfy! The apartment is in the best area of Madrid, in the heart of the best restaurants and shopping. I am a runner and was able to run every day in the Retiro Park and early in the streets. So much to do. You are close to great restaurants but also smaller ones for lunch. The supermarket is a block away. Just an amazing experience. Can walk to Puerta del Sol. Thanks to Gabriel and his staff!

We had a great time. Francisco is very punctual in contact. He is helpful. The apartment is clean and can be found everything for the kitchen. Shops and metro nearby. 1 nice large bedroom with good bed. Other room with sofa bed slightly less comfortable. We were there with the long power outage. Could sit on large balcony. Aurora is a delight, always communicative, and offering to help. We didn't have the Nespresso coffee maker because we brought capsules, and the next day first thing she had it available for us. The house is cozy, clean and great to spend a few days with friends and family. It's a pleasure to have people who open the doors of their house with such affection and hospitality. Without a doubt, it's one of those places that envelops you. Everything is well decorated, its patio is very nice for a BBQ or Paella, and the cellar where they have the wine jars takes you back to another era, a real treat!!!

We loved our stay at Gustavo's home. Such a unique and artful place in the most beautiful neighborhood by Retiro Park. He was an incredible host, kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hellen and Matya’s place. The location is easy to find and short walk from metro stop, with a supermarket nearby. The place is really beautiful, with lots of light. Everything worked perfectly inside, great shower too. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, gave us clear instructions for checking in and out and made us feel welcome.

Beautiful apartment! Exactly as shown in the photos. Super well located, nice, clean, safe neighborhood with shops nearby. A perfect week with the family. I highly recommend it.

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was great, with everything you need. To travel with children is very good, the washer and dryer are a plus! The domotica worked very well, and our son loved it! she kept asking alexa of everything... While we were staying there the blackout happened and Miguel was very attentive. Not being able to contact by phone with us I show up there to see if we were okay, much could not help us because we were all with the same problems. The next day she had the detail to bring us some chocolate palmeritas that were...of mortal sin! The cleanliness was correct, in addition to the house being practically new inside, new appliances, the bathroom also very well and plenty of space to store our clothes. Un luxury to have stayed there, Miguel is a host of 10! We surely repeat!

Perfect place to visit Madrid. Helena and Ra are attentive and respond to all your requests. Metro 5 and the piety of the accommodation and gives access to the whole city in less than an hour for the most remote destinations. The room and bedding are very comfortable and allow for a restful rest after a full day of sightseeing. There are many restaurants at convenient prices nearby. The amenities are functional and meet the essential needs. We'll be happy to go back.
