La cabaña se encuentra dentro de un club familiar, junto a otras cabañas rústicas al estilo de un barrio. El predio está ubicado frente al Embalse de Río Tercero, perfecta para disfrutar de la tranquilidad de las sierras. El lugar es muy tranquilo de igual modo para tu tranquilidad hay una cámara que solo filma la entrada de la misma.

Cabaña con parque privado de 2000 m2 y piscina a una hora de la ciudad de Córdoba y a diez minutos de la ciudad de Alta Gracia. Terreno propio de uso exclusivo de 2000 m2. La casa tiene 136 m2 y está compuesta por un estar comedor, cocina , 2 dormitorios y un amplio salón de usos multiples. Posee además asador y horno a leña en galería. Ubicada a 100 mts del Río Xanaes. A cinco minutos de centro comercial y gastronómico con supermercado, proveedurías, bares y restaurantes típicos.
