Welcome to 'Bakerstua', a charming house from the 1700s, peacefully located at Løken Nedre Gård in Heradsbygd. Here you can enjoy rural tranquility, beautiful nature and a real farm idyll. The house has three full bedrooms and a large patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The area offers great nature experiences and easy access to hiking trails. Glomma is just nearby with good opportunities for fishing, swimming and outdoor activities. Guests can use a private dock, and both a boat and a SUP board can be borrowed upon agreement.

Charming house on an old farmyard

The house is located on the east side of Osensjøen with nice views and easy access to the lake where there is a jetty with lots of sun and the possibility for fishing and swimming. The area around Osensjøen has good opportunities for hiking and biking in summer and skiing on groomed slopes in winter. A good half hour drive to Trysilfjellet which is Norway's largest ski resort with lots of slopes and beautiful ski tracks. There are also plenty of adapted bike trails for all ages as well as many other activities in the summer.

It is 400m down to the lake, with grocery store, well-prepared ski slopes, nice swimming area with playground. It is 25 min to Trysil alpine center, and 30 min to Furutangen alpine center. In summer hiking, golf course, bike trails, climbing park and rafting, bathing and fishing. Nice cross-country skiing trails near the cottage (750 m). Fishing and swimming opportunities, 2 km. Small golf course (6-hole) near the cottage.
