This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

Stayed 1 night with two friends as a first stop of our road trip to Spain. It was the perfect location to enjoy the great restaurants and ambience of Estremoz. Located close to the central square for easy parking and opposite the beautiful fountains and park.

Our stay was super quiet and wonderful. The house was very clean, smelled wonderfully well and the thermal insulation of the house promises no need to turn on the AC. Also excellent sound insulation outside the apartment. Very well located, close to all points of interest in the city. And a spectacularly friendly and flexible host. We felt very welcome. A very nice place to stay, located right in the heart of Évora with everything within easy reach. The building itself is a historical site, which added a unique and interesting touch to our visit. It’s a multi-level structure with a great rooftop view — perfect for taking in the surroundings. The kitchen is quite small, so it's not ideal for cooking full meals, but overall, it's a great experience in a special setting.

Octavio welcomed us with great attention and kindness. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is very central, ideal for visiting the historic and commercial centre of Cáceres on pleasant walks. All without the usual inconveniences of the downtown apartments in terms of noise, since the accommodation is located inside an old renovated palace house, its windows face a spacious and charming interior patio, in addition to bright, that completely isolates you from any noise of the city. A special mention for how new everything is. Highly recommended.

What a great place! Had everything we needed and felt like home. We couldn’t stop talking about how charming it was. And the location was central to everything we did.

Definitely a great fit for quiet days and away from the hustle and bustle. The home was very well equipped and taken care of. We really want to come back in the summer!

Ghanim was, together with Vera, an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful and seemed to be always on call for our questions. We had some trouble finding the location (due to Google Maps not selecting the right area, Apple Maps worked fine) and Ghanim was very helpful by sending us waypoints and screenshots of the road we had to take. Also the check-in and check-out were very flexible. The location itself is huge, beautiful, nicely decorated and all the amenities are present - from linen to appliances and fresh lemons from the tree in the garden. Morning coffees in the greenhouse were part of our main routine. Can and will absolutely recommend 🙏

My recent stay in Portugal was made even more memorable by the cozy house I called home during my visit. It has a welcoming atmosphere, making it a super cozy place to relax. The interior was nicely decorated, and I appreciated the mix of traditional Portuguese style with modern comforts. While it wasn't fancy, the house is super complete in terms of amenities. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals, and the room comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. In terms of location, the house is well located, situated in a charming village that allowed me to experience authentic Portuguese life. Local cafes and shops were all within walking distance. Finally, the host herself is a friendly and helpful one. Your warm welcome and willingness to provide local tips added a special touch to my stay. A place super recommendable! :)

Very good place to stay for a few days with friends and family. Paqui's care, excellent, always attentive to everything. The town is very peaceful and the people are very welcoming. The clean home, and Paqui, makes you feel at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Beautiful outdoor space that both the adults and children in our group enjoyed daily for the duration of our stay. The owners were friendly and responded efficiently to all our queries.

Great stay at Luis's place, everything was perfect. The house is absolutely charming, typical and located in the beautiful little village of the potters Sao Pedro Do Corval. Delicate attention from Luis upon arrival. I recommend it 100%.

An absolutely stunning place to stay. The house is so private and peaceful yet only a 10 minute walk to the local village which has some great restaurants. The house has everything you could need and so much more. Thank you
