It consists of a living room with dining area and small balcony, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, children's room with two single beds, hallway with stairs and a daylight bathroom with shower. Living room with flat-screen TV, stereo system with CD player, USB, Bluetooth. Modern kitchen: 4-burner ceramic stovetop, convection oven, fridge with small freezer compartment.

Our cozy apartment(approx.40sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, bathroom with shower, and bedroom. The whole apartment is equipped with floor heating. Wardrobes for wardrobe are available. In summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal barbecue ) offers time to relax, or you can simply enjoy the beautiful view. In the village is the South Tyrolean bakery with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon

The large glass façade, fireplace and terrace make the house a special retreat for up to six guests. There is plenty of space for children to play. Chickens, the tomcat Findus and our bee colonies live on the property. The Hennesee and numerous hiking trails are close by.

The apartment is located at 550 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Sauerland. A little paradise, as we call it. Perfect for nature lovers who need a break from everyday stress. For children, we offer an experience with tame sheep, chickens and rabbits that roam freely on the property. Our happy chickens provide you with fresh breakfast eggs in the morning. By arrangement, there are also fresh trout from the fish pond. A small home to feel good and enjoy.
