It’s a country setting yet very close to Down Town TC and to explore Leealanu County. Private hot tub off the rear deck house is great for relaxing. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, Very quiet and peaceful but still very close to downtown. Tart bike trail is across the drive. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Amazing babbling Creek in the back yard with a fire pit that includes fire wood.
