Next to fields and forests is our cozy, modern tiny house (40 sqm, 3ZKB). It offers a spacious living-dining-cooking area with a sitting window, dining area for six people with two high chairs and a Swedish stove. A sleeping loft (180 × 200) high up and in the other room a cozy bear cave (140 × 180). In the small garden you will find a cozy seating area, a grill and a sandbox for the little ones. Günzburg and Legoland can be reached in 10 minutes.
