900 square feet Fully Furnished Guest House with swimming pool and spa on well maintained property in Ellinger, TX. Minutes to the towns of Fayetteville, Round Top/Warrenton, Columbus, and LaGrange. Includes a loft, with two Queen beds upstairs and King bed downstairs. Includes fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Not recommended for children under ten due to the loft. If guest requires use of spa, cost is $50 for two hours use for heating.

This is a perfect place to spend for an overnight stay or a short trip. The reason for this is because there is no kitchen, only a small fridge and microwave. The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house.
