We have tried to make our accommodation as cozy as possible so that our guests can feel comfortable and at ease. At night, a large French bed awaits you, with a memory mattress and anti-allergenic pillows. Two armchairs provide daytime relaxation, from which you can comfortably watch the LED TV, where more than 100 channels are available. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet. Probably the most central private accommodation in Pécs, leaving the main entrance door, we find ourselves in Széchenyi Square. The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
