Nice place, well worth the price. Very clean and comfortable. Grill was out of propane, but a full tank provided within 30 minutes. Hosts were extremely nice and responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to book this property agian.

We stayed at Alix’s for one night. Our stay at Alix’s place was quite comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. We made use of the devices provided like the iron and ironing table, and the hairdryer. To my wife’s delight, the bathroom also had individually packaged makeup remover wipes! Body lotion was also provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly and we were able to sleep comfortably. Would recommend!

Me and my friends absolutely loved staying here! We were in town for a friend’s wedding in Cary, IL. We all enjoyed the provided games and loved the sound system/bluetooth stereo as well. Super comfy beds and cozy living room!

We had a great stay overall. From start to finish, Kailash was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. We needed a long-term stay with 2 big dogs, and this house worked great for us. We didn't get to use the pool much because the weather didn't cooperate, but the pool and patio area are gorgeous. The location is great, close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is a trail behind the house (accessible through a gate in the back yard), and it leads to a beautiful and huge forest preserve - beautiful for walks/hikes in the woods! The kitchen was a great space for us, and it had everything we might need for cooking, etc. The house was very comfortable for our family, and we would come again. Thank you, Kailash!

Joan's daughter, Rebekah, communicated directly with me through the Airbnb app. She provided detailed check-in instructions, a phone number to contact her, etc. It seems Rebekah lives in Hawaii so please keep note of that for response times, etc. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well-appointed. Joan and Rebekah have a beautiful collection of original art, artifacts, etc. so please keep that in mind if you are bringing small children to the home. Please note that the 1st floor bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom; and the lower level has 2 twin beds in the open area, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the first bedroom, and 1 full bed and 1 futon in the second bedroom (including a full laundry and utility room in a closed room).

We stayed on the third floor of the complex and enjoyed Matthew's attention to detail. He gave a lot of thought to all components of his property.

Debbie was very communicative before and during our stay. The property has plenty of yard room for outdoor activities and we loved that we didn’t feel stacked up against a bunch of other houses. The driveway can accommodate a group of cars and we loved the reclining couch in the basement. I’d highly recommend this property.

Great place and easy to work with.

Nice big indoor pool (12 feet deep at one end and 3 feet at the other). The newly renovated rooms are very open and spacious. All the bedrooms are well kept. Lots of games to play(soccer table, poker, table tennis, etc.). Lots of pullout sofas and chairs. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jack!!

We had a wonderful stay - the three bedroom rental itself was amazing, and the on-site facilities (pool, sauna, game room, family room for little kids, etc.) were beyond awesome. The location is convenient as well - plenty of restaurants within waking distance, a cute coffee shop/wine bar downstairs that makes a killer caprese sandwich, and super close to public transportation as well. One of the members of our party arrived early and the friendly folks at the front desk were able to check her in early, which was an extra bonus. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stephen was a great host. The grounds are beautiful! Very peaceful and quiet. The house is nice and cozy. I will definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay that is easily walkable to downtown St Charles. Perfect size for our group of four.

My wife and I and our two dogs visit the area every year for the Chicago Drum Show and Kathleen’s home was great for the location to the fairgrounds, restaurants in Geneva. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. For anyone bringing pets, this is a very pet friendly listing but the access to the yard is outside of the home. This would have been a big consideration of ours prior to booking and was only made aware of the outside situation until we got the welcome info.

Our stay was very pleasant for a group of 6. Plenty of space just as shown in the photos and bedrooms beds were comfortable. Good location in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to get to other areas in the. w Suburbs, main highways and local restaurants/shopping. Good place as described and the host was very responsive, always responding to messages within minutes.

We had a fantastic stay! James was extremely attentive and accommodating, communication was seamless from start to finish. The location was ideal for our family, just minutes from Six Flags, which made our trip so convenient. The house itself was incredibly spacious, giving everyone room to relax without feeling crowded. We especially appreciated waking up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping each morning, such a nice touch of nature. Every living area had its own TV, which made downtime easy for everyone, and the ping pong table added a fun extra activity for the family. The home was spotless upon arrival, very clean and well kept. You can tell the host takes pride in maintaining the property. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

We enjoyed staying at Abel’s place. It is very pretty and private but close to great restaurants. The house was immaculate and comfortable. It will be on our list for our next trip.

As always Cita was very responsive. This is a great walkable location. This is one of our favorite Fox Valley stays.

Nicole’s house was great! It was perfect for our group of 7. There was space for us to spread out, very clean, and close to our family that lives in Geneva. The master bedroom on the first floor was ideal for our parents that are in their late 70’s. Would definitely stay there again when we visit Geneva!!

It was easy to find and the price was right on for the accommodations. Highly recommend staying here and exploring the area. The guest house is beautiful, comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area as well. Alejandra was very friendly, responsive and accommodating with our need to park and leave our small trailer during our stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits!
