Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Eleven Point River

It's a nice clean house and a nice yard. Good place for a couple to stay or a family. Far enough off the highway don't have to worry about the traffic. Stephen was always checking to make sure everything was satisfactory. Good place to stay.

This was our 2nd visit and was perfect for us again. The house is very clean. Love the open floor plan with plenty of room to move around. Well stocked with things needed to cook and eat at the house. Plenty of nice towels and linens. We were looking for a quiet place to relax and definitely was exactly what we needed. Host was responsive to messages.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It's a very peaceful location and right next to the Diamond Lake boat dock. The grocery store is less than 10 minutes away and has most anything you may need.

This place was awesome. Great view, the home was stocked with what ever we needed. The host was easy to get ahold of , No spiders, which was a big plus for my wife. I would definitely stay there again. 10 out of 10

We had an awesome time in Flippin, and Shawn & Dotti's place was fantastic! The home was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the view was spectacular! We loved being able to look out at the river from both decks and take advantage of the firepit in the evening -- so peaceful & relaxing! We went fishing with Cox's Guide Service and had the BEST time -- caught lots of rainbow & brown trout, and even saw an eagle (not to mention all the deer in the area)! We're already planning our next trips back to the area, and will definitely stay at Shawn & Dotti's!

The Mudita Spa was everything we hoped for and more. It was the most exquisite setting of any vacation home we've stayed in. She truly has a gem. When you first step in you notice how Immaculately clean it is. Then it's visually appealing with classy, luxury decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Since I'm a coffee-holic my favorite kitchen item was the coffee bean grinder with complimentary beans! Bring bug spray, because you'll want to stay on one of the 3 back decks over looking the running creek/waterfalls. I couldn't get enough of its relaxing sound. There is SO much to say about this awesome place, I'm sure I'll forget something. This is a place where lasting memories are made. The float spa was a unique experience. The sauna was a welcoming warmth on a cool rainy day. The outdoor Hot Tub overlooking the creek felt so good. The Mudita Spa experience is worth the price. It's definitely worth the splurge.

This was a wonderful place and location. The home was clean and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Very easy to find and communication was great. Dont miss a short hike to greer springs.

We enjoyed our stay at the Little Blue house very much. The 4 of us like to vacation in the Van Buren area because we love to float the Current and Jack’s Fork Rivers. The Little Blue House is spacious, comfortable, clean and has all the amenities (full kitchen, dining area, 2+ bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parking area) that we need to stay in the area and enjoy our floats. It’s in a perfect location, close to the Current River with great restaurants and grocery markets. The area is beautiful and scenic. Check in and checkout went well. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and this spot was perfect for us to have our own space to hang out between games. Super clean and comfortable!! Would definitely stay here again

I could never say enough great things about this apartment. It was even cuter in person than in the photos. Walt and Amy responded to any questions I had very quickly and they were always kind and helpful. The apartment was spotless and decorated beautifully. The location was less than 2 miles from the baseball fields my son was playing on. There was also a music fest all weekend in the park across the street. So after a long day of baseball, we were able to sit on the back patio and enjoy the music. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

The Cozy Downtown Retreat in Mansfield was the best Airbnb rental we've ever had, and we've sampled quite a few properties. The apartment was a new build and everything was spotless and comfortable. The rooms were beautiful and the the apartment had everything we needed--and the view of the park below was beautiful! The host, Michelle, was friendly and available--best ever! We hope to visit this beautiful property again. A+++

Exactly as described, close to everything in the small town. Great eating options within a 5 min drive, yet sitting on the deck, you would have thought you were in the woods. Angela was responsive with any questions we had. She had an extensive folder of local attraction. This was our 2nd year to stay here and we will always return if it is avaliable! Thanks again for a great stay ! PS The best breakfast around is at the bowling alley and a fantastic value as well !

Amy’s Blue Jay house is really cute and comfortable. The furniture is comfortable and she provides extra blankets and nice fluffy towels. The house is very clean and has a nice front and back porch. The neighbors were nice and the yard is spacious and green. Parking is easy and private. Amy was great about communicating. The neighborhood is walkable with a nearby park with a walking track and playgrounds. There’s even a library just a couple of houses down the street. I really enjoyed my stay and am so grateful that Amy made her home available.

Great two bedroom two bath duplex. Well stocked kitchen, everything you need for cooking. Clean and comfortable. Close to everything, college, hospital, rivers and lake.

Thanks for opening your home to us. It was apparent that the owner took extra steps to make sure the guests had everything that could need. A Book with local information, extra blankets, pillows, towels, well stocked kitchen and family games. I would definitely stay again! Thanks!

A touch pricier than others in the area but absolutely worth it. We have family in the area and come at least a couple of times a year, and this is the best condo we’ve rented if you only need two bedrooms. SO well stocked, which was a huge help to us - we took full advantage. Also exceptionally clean, with quality furniture a step above the usual, and some games to boot. Can’t beat the location for getting around FFB and these hosts care about your experience. I felt like we were in a hotel. Our new go-to rental when we visit.

This little gem, nestled in a quiet community, is a perfect place to call temporary home!! From the moment we walked in, it just felt cozy! Hayden was very responsive and on top of any issue that came up. Definitely would love to stay here again in the future!!

This is a neat place when staying near Bull Shoals Lake/White River area! Greg was very responsive when I had a question upon our arrival into town and was accommodating with my request. The space has just what you need for a stay at the Lake. Kitchen is stocked well and layout of space is nice with thoughtful but minimal decor. We did not get the opportunity to use any of the shared spaces during our stay, but it appeared to be a nice area with what you needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to anyone looking in the area!

Comfy stay at a cute little spot. We had everything we needed at check in for a great stay.

There was a wifi outage, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. Angel and Dana were very responsive and even let us come back later to check for lost items. Much appreciated.
