Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

My place is close to Klinikum Esslingen. Despite its proximity to the city center, the apartment is characterized by its quiet location with lots of greenery, nature and views. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. Safe parking is available. Good connections to bus, S-Bahn and airport. The apartment has a separate entrance to the main house. Directly connected to the apartment is a large wooden terrace with lounge.

To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. Other options are about 6 km away.
