The house was very well equipped (at the kitchenware level we were surprised, we always lack things and in this case there was everything!). Plenty of firewood, everything you need and the owner even left us a huge sponge cake that was enough for the 20 of us who went for breakfast. We will definitely be back :)

Very well-kept and spacious house, for large groups, large garden and pool, first-class appliances and everything is luxurious.

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

We spent a weekend as a couple with our dogs and we had a wonderful time. The views and the incredible surroundings. Ideal for disconnecting, very quiet. Both the outdoor and indoor areas are very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The hosts are charming, excellent service. We will definitely repeat.

We stayed 1 night, and it was great! Everything was very comfortable, José was attentive. We had a good time!

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

I found myself in Torre de Cotilla for work and I was lucky enough to stay in this fantastic house, a very large and spacious house, with a barbecue and swimming pool that add an extra touch of class. If I had to come back here, I would definitely come back. The time I spent at home felt like I was on holiday, even though I was here to work, especially for the very quiet area, which I appreciated a lot when I returned from work.

Everything is perfect, a fairly spacious but at the same time welcoming and in an excellent location in addition to attentive hosts. Highly recommended!

It's a very nice little country house. The dining room is large and the best thing is the pool area and the barbecue. We were very pleased and super comfortable.

A spectacular place, very well equipped and with unbeatable views. You can breathe a lot of peace and a lot of intimacy despite the large window. The check in instructions and the accommodation manual have been made with great affection.

It is a two-story house, you enter a large living room where the TV area is,with very comfortable armchairs, there is also a large table to eat or play all the board games that the host leaves you in the furniture under the TV, fireplace if you go in the cold months. A very spacious kitchen with everything you need. There is also a toilet. On the top floor there are three good sized bedrooms,the beds for us very comfortable,a bathroom with shower and a terrace with sun loungers,table,chairs and barbecue with nice mountain views. Everything renovated, the house is very clean. A good option to stay in Ayna. The host contacted me and explained where to access the house and who was going to receive us. Jenny was a charm,very kind, in addition to showing us the house , she gave us directions where to eat, places to see and areas where to bathe in the river. and the pool of the town great.

The house is as shown in the photos, idyllic location surrounded by nature. Antonio has been attentive the whole time, suggested different activities and even helped book them. I recommend it to spend a few days in contact with nature and disconnect.

What can we say about our 15 days at Alberto's? It was just perfect! Ultra clean and beautiful accommodation! It feels like home. Alberto always responded to our messages and expectations. He did everything he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible for us. We were really at home. José Luís is very friendly and left some sweets to welcome us. The house was all impeccable and is really nice, big, bright and cozy. It has many details and extras to enjoy free time and be very comfortable. The kitchen with lots of light, very clean and with toooooodo what you need. A 10!

Grego is a very attentive landlord who responds super quickly to any messages. Also, in our particular case it took the trouble to look for us a crib for our little one, detail that is greatly appreciated and we found it very useful. The house is noticeable that it is renovated and cared for in detail. The description matches perfectly and you have all the amenities you may need. It is worth saying that it is somewhat away from the village for which you need to go better by car but in return you are closer to nature and with a lot of tranquility and intimacy. Without a doubt, a great accommodation that I would not hesitate to repeat.

Conchi has been very helpful and friendly, facilitating communication and attending to us at all times. The house is impeccable, all the details are taken care of.

Despite the very bad weather, you could make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. The kitchen was also reasonably stocked. It is an older building substance but nicely prepared. It's a pity that we couldn't use the spacious terrace because of the weather. In the cold season (unfortunately also March with us), warm slippers are not a disadvantage.
