The house was very well equipped (at the kitchenware level we were surprised, we always lack things and in this case there was everything!). Plenty of firewood, everything you need and the owner even left us a huge sponge cake that was enough for the 20 of us who went for breakfast. We will definitely be back :)

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

We spent a weekend as a couple with our dogs and we had a wonderful time. The views and the incredible surroundings. Ideal for disconnecting, very quiet. Both the outdoor and indoor areas are very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The hosts are charming, excellent service. We will definitely repeat.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

We stayed 1 night, and it was great! Everything was very comfortable, José was attentive. We had a good time!

What an amazing weekend we had at Nuria’s place. From the minute we arrived she was attentive and helpful with all our requests and needs. The house itself is beautiful. We were a group of 10 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for us all, enough amenities for a family of 20+ and a choice of 3 different eating areas big enough for us all. The photos of the grounds don’t do it justice. The areas with the pool and football pitch are not only perfect for family’s and young children but also enclosed so we felt safe with the children for the whole trip. Would highly recommend this villa a family holiday, it had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to our next trip to Mula to call this villa our home from home.

The place was amazing. It was so clean, spacious, and well-stocked up. It looked more amazing than it did in the photos. The place was well-equipped, the furniture were well-thought-of, and was very well maintained. Everything was clean and everything in the house was working. The garden was also amazing though I think it would be better if there were more lights outside. The host also provided some cold beers in the fridge which I think was a really nice touch. The only downside was that it was far from the city center, so I would recommend having a car if you plan to stay in this Airbnb. But overall, really great airbnb! would love to stay there again.

It's a very nice little country house. The dining room is large and the best thing is the pool area and the barbecue. We were very pleased and super comfortable.

What can we say about our 15 days at Alberto's? It was just perfect! Ultra clean and beautiful accommodation! It feels like home. Alberto always responded to our messages and expectations. He did everything he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible for us. It is a two-story house, you enter a large living room where the TV area is,with very comfortable armchairs, there is also a large table to eat or play all the board games that the host leaves you in the furniture under the TV, fireplace if you go in the cold months. A very spacious kitchen with everything you need. There is also a toilet. On the top floor there are three good sized bedrooms,the beds for us very comfortable,a bathroom with shower and a terrace with sun loungers,table,chairs and barbecue with nice mountain views. Everything renovated, the house is very clean. A good option to stay in Ayna. The host contacted me and explained where to access the house and who was going to receive us. Jenny was a charm,very kind, in addition to showing us the house , she gave us directions where to eat, places to see and areas where to bathe in the river. and the pool of the town great.
