There is also a BBQ outside with a basket breakfast included in the tariff, plus tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The master bedroom has french doors opening onto the verandah. Cosy, self-contained, studio style cottage. Guests are welcome to make full use of all facilities. A large entertaining area with barbeque and fire pit. Set on an acreage on the edge of Warwick with bushland setting. Single carport with plenty of space in our yard for a caravan, trailer or truck. Unfenced, so no pets, sorry. Light breakfast included. We can cater for two, having a queen bed.
