Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Located directly on the Harzer-Hexen-Stieg and a nature reserve, directly surrounded by river, rocks and a historic hydroelectric power station, you will find a unique accommodation on an extensive area. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. For more active days, a private universal sports field and a summer tent from April to October are available, or you can take advantage of other accommodation offers. Our apartment Up'n Spitzböhn is located on the 2nd floor of our guest house Anni and was lovingly renovated by us. The apartment overlooking the beautiful Harz landscape is open and quietly located. On 75 square meters, it can accommodate 3 guests. The living and dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom are on one level. Another sleeping accommodation is available in the open attic. We will provide a crib and high chair on request.
