The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Two-room apartment in a 70 sqm villa in a splendid hillside location between Marina di Campo and the magnificent Galenzana beach in the wonderful Tuscan Archipelago park. The sea view apartment consists of a large living room with two sofa beds, one single and one double. There is a large kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. It has a private outdoor parking space. From the house, you can walk to two beaches in five minutes: Marina di Campo and Galenzana.

Our apartment is in a great location, a few steps from the promenade and beaches, from the center of the village (Marciana Marina) and close to all amenities (supermarket, bar, bank, ATM, pizzeria, gas station, hardware store, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, barber, bus stop), all within walking distance. Its proximity to the sea makes it perfect for those who do not want to travel by car. It has a private parking lot, under the house, on the property.

In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
