The apartment is spacious, as it has 3 bedrooms (2 with a shared bathroom and 1 with a private bathroom with a tub), a nice and spacious kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room. There is also hot water. It is also centrally located, as it is close to main places (Plaza de Armas, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) in addition to being located in a safe and clean district.
