I had an amazing stay at this flat! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. ,Mr. Amr the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Had a great stay! Shahd, Mohammed, and Ahmed were all incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. The check-in was super fast and smooth, which I really appreciated. The place is beautifully decorated stylish, cozy, and clearly designed with care. Plus, the location is perfect close to everything you might need, from restaurants to shops and attractions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Zamalek! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city. The view of the Nile from the apartment is absolutely stunning. It's also close to many great restaurants and cafes, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The host was very helpful and communication was smooth and easy throughout my stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this duplex apartment for a week, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey vibe. You can tell there’s a lot of care and attention to detail. It really felt like home from the moment we walked in. Hind was amazing to communicate with and always quick to reply and super helpful with tips about the area, which made everything so much easier for us. The location is great too and close to shops, cafes, and everything you might need, but still nice and quiet when you just want to relax. If you’re lucky enough to get a chance to stay here, take it! This place easily deserves 7 stars. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Simply the best stay in Cairo everrrr Samar is an amazing human being very quick in responding to what ever you want/ need, super nice , very nice style and energy in her apartment Easy use of everything Everything was well spent on and all appliances are available and more Felt like home from the very first step in the property 🥰🤲🌷 Thank you Samar. Un grand merci à Heba qui nous a permis de faire notre check-in plus tôt et qui nous a bien guidé pour notre arrivée. Le logement était très agréable et plutôt fidèle aux photos. La chambre principale était spacieuse, le lit King size appréciable et la partie dressing assez ergonomique. Je n’étais simplement pas fan de la porte coulissante entre la chambre et la salle de bain, trop difficile à ouvrir et fermer mais c’est vraiment un détail considéré la qualité du reste de l’appartement. La deuxième salle de bain était parfaite d’ailleurs. La piscine à l’extérieur a le mérite d’exister mais je m’attendais à ce qu’elle soit un peu plus grande. C était tout de même agréable d’avoir la possibilité de s’y baigner si on le souhaitait (l’eau était super froide mais les courageux se baigneront quand même !) Le gros point positif est la localisation dans la ville, le quartier de Festival Cairo est central, c’était pratique pour les déplacements. Encore merci Heba <3 on a aimé notre séjour !

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Mr nasr & Ahmed were really helpful and kind with the instructions to the house and when we got there the place was really clean and honestly the location is just perfect not hard to find at all, this is definitely not my last visit there 🌟

Inas was very responsive and helped us alot. She allowed us to check in early and check out late. Everything was great and access to the pool and garden was just perfect for the kids. Location is great.

Wir durften sogar vor der angegebenen Zeit einchecken. Per Talabat kann man hier von diversen Restaurants Essen bestellen, wenn man keine Lust mehr hat rauszugehen.

Het appartement was super goed, een van onze beste appartementen die wij hebben gehad, Mahmoud en zijn vrouw waren super lief en ze waren behulpzaam, de uitzicht was super en zeker samen met het privé zwembad. wij gaan het zeker in de toekomst terug naartoe. Een echte aanrader!

Maged was very welcoming and responsive. He even prepared snacks before my arrival. There is everything essential available in apartment for long stay. Overall my stay was comfortable and the area was quiet during night and away from main road. WiFi was very fast.
