Three bedrooms, indoor and outdoor kitchens, and a pool in the courtyard. The beach out front is one of the best in town—quiet, great snorkeling, and room to launch your kite without the crowds. Center of town, as walkable as La Ventana gets. Restaurants, shops, and kite launches all a few minutes on foot.

This large, modern home has so many features: a sparkling pool, air conditioning, huge sliding doors that walk out to the expansive patio with views of the sea. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom and huge walk-in closets. The large yard is securely gated. Fire pit, grill and hammock and beautiful landscaping. Rooftop deck has seating & 360 degree views. Quiet area, just 3 block walk to Fig Tree Beach, restaurants, coffee, groceries and med clinic!

The pool and hot tub have undergone major repairs, completed in April 2024, and are back in service in perfect condition. World class wind sports, trails for mountain biking and hiking, great, affordable restaurants.
