This is an ideal area in Mendoza, as it is quieter and cooler than the city, allowing you to rest from the Mendoza heat.

(The house is located 10 km from downtown Potrerillos, 7.5 km of which are gravel) It has a back apartment for the exclusive use of the house caretaker, who is in charge of its maintenance and cleaning.
