Propriétaire très sympa et réactif, logement bien équipé, station balnéaire vide en hiver mais ideale pour un sejour calme entre mer et terre. Et Merci encore pour la panière de fruits de bienvenue

Una estancia inmejorable. Manolo y carmen son un matrimonio que nos ha atendido estupendamente, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Además de su cercanía, siempre estaban pendientes para lo que necesitaramos. Y la ubicación, el precio, el sitio… es un chollo

Wir hatten einen Strandaufenthalt außerhalb der Sommer Saison, heißt die meisten Läden sind zu der Jahreszeit geschlossen. Nichts desto trotz gab es ausreichend Angebot im nahen Umfeld und die Lokale die geöffnet hatten waren hervorragend. Das Apartment von Mamen war für den Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend und hätte noch Platz für weitere Gäste geboten. Auch ein paar mit bis zu zwei Kindern hätte ohne Probleme Platz gefunden. Eine Waschmaschine wird auch angeboten und kann bei längeren Aufenthalt für Abhilfe schaffen. Die Absprache mit mamen über Check in und out waren reibungslos via Messenger möglich. Englisch / Spanisch kein Problem!

This was probably one of my favorite Airbnb of all times. It had a prove court years and pool to just hang out in the heat of the day. The apartment is massive and super clean and new. The ambiance is amazing - better than the photos and I really loved the hand painted library walls in the bathroom. The kitchen is new. But my favorite was the lounger in the entry room. The location was fantastic. Everything was fantastic. If we come back to Seville this is the only place I would stay!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung,sehr ruhig aber zentral gelegen.Alle Lokale,Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufnähe. Sehr nette Einführung durch Maria eine sehr warmherzige Dame.Sie war auch unser helfender Engel,als wir wichtige Dokumente nach dem Check Out vergessen hatten! DANKE!

Andres et son épouse sont très accueillants, très gentils Toujours prêt à conseiller et nous a même accompagnés pour des petites visites insolites et même des musées locaux Ce qui est très bien c’est que tout est accessible à pied dans le village (commerces, bars, restaurants..) Les andalous sont formidables, merci Andres, nous recommandons.

Beautifull Appartment with an incredible view of the Alcazar. Home at Homes was a great host, very helpful. Highly recommend the place.

O apartamento da Micaela estava impecável, muito limpo e bem decorado, ficamos bastante surpreendidos positivamente. Está localizado em uma zona muito calma mas também fica muito próximo a Sevilha. A Micaela foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very comfortable, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. One small thing to note: there was a noticeable odor in the kitchen and quite a few plug-in air fresheners throughout the unit. We’re a bit sensitive to strong scents, so we ended up unplugging them during our stay. We didn’t reach out to the host at the time, so that’s on us, but we wanted to mention it just in case it helps future guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again!

J’ai passé un super séjour ! Je vous recommande vivement ce logement. L’appartement ressemble exactement aux photos, le quartier est calme et tout est accessible à pied. Les hôtes sont super et très réactifs.

Alojamiento 100% recomendado. El departamento impecable, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Lo mejor, la comunicación con el anfitrión, su amabilidad y rapidez en acudir a nuestras solicitudes. Destacar la ubicación, ya que, es un lugar tranquilo y a la vez, super cerca caminando de todo!

Logement impeccable tres propre à proximité de tout, nous avons tout fait à pied. Un parking à 5 minutes à pied 22 euros la journée vu le centre historique c'était idéal on s'y retrouve en ne prenant pas de transport pour visiter. je recommande et pense y revenir un week-end 3 jours là ville est très belle et chaleureuse.

Our family of four had a great stay at the penthouse. Location is walkable to all the main sights and shopping. It was very quiet and beds were comfy. The best part was the dunk pool and outdoor space with the gorgeous view. After a long day of walking we all enjoyed cooling off in the pool!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alfonso. L'appartement est très bien équipé ( climatisation, machine à laver, aspirateur, literie impeccable, vaisselle nombreuses...) très propre et le parking est un réel plus. Une fois la voiture garée, vous pouvez tout faire à pied: centre ville et plage. La vue est magnifique du 8e étage. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Raquel fue muy amable desde el principio, ayudando en todo. La llegada fue perfecta sin esperar ya que Raquel estaba esperándome cuando llegué. El apartamento es perfecto con todo lo necesario, y está muy bien ubicado con autobuses y tranvías muy cerca para poder llegar al centro de Sevilla. Hay un mercadona a dos minutos caminando, y eso se agradece. Raquel fue una super anfitriona. Y el apartamento perfecto y con aire acondicionado en toda la casa, algo indispensable en Sevilla.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec 2 salles d'eau et conforme au descriptif dans une résidence calme. Accès facile et Miguel est réactif aux messages La terrasse sur les toits est un véritable plus avec un très beau point de vue sur Triana et Seville et son jacuzzi. Idéalement situé, avec à proximité des restaurants, cafés et le marché couvert à 20 mm à peine des centres d'intérêts touristiques principaux. On reviendra avec plaisir

Perfect location. Felt right at home right away. Lovely Triana location. Sofia explained the parking garage and access to apartment which made it easy to use. Jacuzzi was a bonus.

Heloise's apartment exceeded expectations, and was even better than the photos suggested. Heloise's instructions regarding check in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions, and has some lovely local bars and restaurants selling food and drink at great prices: at one particular place, my wife and I were able to buy breakfast for just €7 in total! If we return to Seville, we would 100% stay at Heloise's apartment again. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful place to stay. Recommended.

L’appartement est incroyable, fidèle aux photos. La jacuzzi était prêt à notre arrivée, la Clim est un vrai plus dans l’appartement. Tout est propre et fonctionnel, et la terrasse est vraiment sympathique. De plus, cet appartement est très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, les hôtes étaient également très réactifs, ce qui est agréable.

Apartamento maravilloso en el centro de Triana. Está en calle peatonal llena de bares y terrazas, pero es muy silencioso. Se duerme muy bien. Tiene un precioso y fresco patio andaluz que pertenece al apartamento . El dormitorio principal es espacioso y luminoso (al igual que la cocina). La cama es muy cómoda y las sábanas de buen algodón. El baño también es muy grande. Techos muy altos (unos 5 metros) que dan amplitud al espacio. Decorado con muy buen gusto. Una apuesta segura!
