I recommend them! There is a warm-up, followed by cardio, localized and ending with stretching and relaxation.

Enjoy the comfort of this quiet and central accommodation. The house has the basics to get to rest. We have a modern kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom, new floors and walls throughout the property. Favor when booking, enter the total number of guests who come, since my payout setting in the app is per person, I charge only for those who come and not for the total capacity of the house, I find that is fairer that way of charging.
