Perfectly equipped for up to 6 people maximum. It is a good apartment in a great location, with direct access to the bus stop, the tram and the shopping center with all the services. Well located next to the University and a short walk from the city of Murcia. It is also very easily accessed by car because it has the ring road next to it. Residential area with parks, walks, Terra Natura, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, church... 600 Mb WIFI!! 5th Floor. Private parking space in building

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
