If you like oceanfront sunsets, natural environments, and comfort without luxury, you'll love our house. It has its own pool, 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom (4 people per room), palm trees and a spectacular view. Our house has fresh water that comes from a nearby well. The pool is also freshwater. The house's kitchen is very well equipped. We frequently renew pots, pans, cutlery and others so that they are always in optimal condition.

Iguana Villas - Villa 3 Petit, 2 Bedrooms

Located within the Villas Iguana condominium, with 24-hour private security. It's a haven of peace and comfort on the Pacific coast of Guatemala. The 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Enjoy a private pool, spacious gardens, and all the amenities. Traveling with a larger group?
