Durante los meses de junio y Julio debido a que el edificio donde se encuentra el alojamiento está lleno de familias con niños y para minimizar las molestias a los vecinos, no se aceptarán reservas de grupos de amigos jóvenes.

Comfortable 55m apartment in the heart of Jerez. Very bright, exterior and newly renovated. A large room with a 160 x 200 double bed with a closet and space to leave your luggage + a full-length mirror. A fully equipped bathroom, even with a hairdryer and bath gel... and the kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and a comfortable armchair and dining table and chairs. We have internet and a 40" LED TV and... everything is new!
