Great apartment in one of the best areas of the city. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, with a large bedroom and living room that connects to a kitchen that has it all. Although the apartment is located just one block from the busy Carrera 33, it is actually very quiet. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket right in front of the building, actually. The beautiful Parque San Pio is one short block away. Same thing with the Parque Las Palmas. Service is excellent, with the landlord always available to assist or help with any question. Will come again!

The apartment was immaculate and was exactly as pictured. It had all the utensils for cooking and eating in. The beds were comfortable. The building is very safe; security is top notch. communication was slow other than that everything was great.

Wonderful place to have a group or family vacation! The property is beautiful, cozy and perfectly designed for rest. But what really makes the difference is the attention. Laura is an exceptional host: always attentive, cordial, respectful and at the same time very friendly. Your communication was impeccable from the beginning, providing us with helpful recommendations and resolving our concerns and requirements quickly and efficiently. Definitely a super host! Also, the maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular, we want to highlight Leidy, the main manager, who always showed a friendly attitude and a great willingness to help, making sure our experience was perfect. In short, we were very happy and at ease during our stay at Casa Anaterra!

My stay at Maria Cristina's place was excellent. The space is very comfortable, clean and cozy, perfect for resting after a day getting to know the city. The location is convenient and safe, and María Cristina was a very helpful and friendly host, always ready to help with any concerns. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Exceptionally nice and warm welcome with a cake and little balloons ! And the exceptional care continued through our entire stay : any assistance needed, any information requested were responded to quasi immediately and very kindly . The views from the 35th floor at the Infinity sky club building are superb. The rooftop pool is amazing. We HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anybody wanting to have a great sojourn in Bucaramanga.
