Rental includes day passes to Playa 14 for all guests(only valid for 1 day) where you’ll find delicious food & drinks, kid-friendly shallow pools or adult-only swimming area/ cabañas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
