The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Cool in summer due to its thick walls and cozy in winter as it has an electric radiator and fireplace. The patio leads to the terrace with stunning views. Cozy cottage located in a very quiet area and only 600 meters from the beach. It is perfect for couples. The house has a master bedroom with an integrated toilet and a couch in the living room. It has air conditioning, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. We include sheets and towels. Outside you will find a private garden with barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The access to the parking is shared, not so the parking, which is private and exclusive for my guests.
