The windows in the living room slide over each other and the balcony is completely open to the sea. In the terrace area, there is a large Balinese bed (180x180), a heated jacuzzi with night lighting, and a seating area where you can relax with a book or a cocktail. The apartment has two bedrooms with ocean view. One of them is completely glazed, creating a spacious and bright space. Both the windows in the living room and those of the two rooms have automatic opaque mats to create privacy between one area and another when it comes to sleeping. The two beds in the rooms are 150x190 with good, firm mattresses and memory foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The showers are walk-in and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a beanbag area that is ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You'll be able to watch all the TV channels from your country. Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. This modern penthouse is beautifully decorated and has access to all the facilities you can wish for. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a sofa bed (140x190cm). Open-plan living room and kitchen with space for socializing and exit to the large terrace. The private roof terrace is accessed by a flight of steps from the lower terrace. This is an expansive area so there are new houses being built nearby. It doesn't bother much as it's not right next door. In front of the apartment there will not be construction.
