Holiday rentals with beach access in El Molinar, Platja de Palma

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

This was our second stay at Charly’s apartment - and we’ll certainly be back! It’s a fantastic location, a stones throw from the beach and local restaurants, and an ideal location for cycling. The apartment is spacious with a super king bed that’s so comfy, a kitchen and plenty of living space/room to store bikes. Charly is a great host and is really responsive. The accommodation is in a great location to visit the north-east of the island. The beach is accessible at the foot of the building, the view from the terrace is remarkable. And the host is particularly welcoming.

The description and characteristics of the apartment in the listing are perfectly consistent. The location of the building a stone's throw from the beach is fantastic, the view from the balcony is unique. Juan was always very kind and responded immediately for every need. I highly recommend it .

Spacious appartment very close to the beach with stunning views over the sea and with everything we needed for self catering. There was even a sizeable pool for us to use. We were right near the town for shops and restaurants but the appartment wasn’t noisy.

We immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was as described. It is very tastefully decorated and offers everything to feel comfortable. The only downside, the pillows are very hard. We will be happy to come back!!! Max, Margrit and Oliver

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

Such a beautiful house sorrounded by nature. Super nicely decorated and it has all amenities you could wish for. In a quiet village away from the crowds of tourists. Highly recommend!

It's a very pretty house. The interior is cute and clean. It's dark when you close the windows and curtains, but if you leave it open, it's bright and airy! It's in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket right nearby, and if you walk along the sea for about 5-10 minutes, you will find many restaurants and cafes. If the bathroom goes out towards the terrace, there is a separate one!

We had a great stay at Gabriel’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect – just a short walk to a beautiful beach, great restaurants, bars, a small SPAR with fresh croissants and baguettes, and a larger Mercadona supermarket. The kitchen had everything we needed: toaster, microwave, oven, basic spices, oil, plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glasses. We appreciated the baby crib, high chair, washing machine, dishwasher, and vacuum. The two bathrooms were a big plus for a family. The outdoor seating area was lovely and perfect for relaxing. Parking on the narrow street was a bit tricky with a rental car but still manageable. Communication with Gabriel was quick, helpful, and smooth throughout our stay. Everything was within easy reach. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back for another stay!

Beautiful home and very spacious! Bathrooms and kitchen were super clean, with plenty of towels and linens. We especially appreciated the rooftop deck in the evening. Parking was never a problem. Porto Cristo beach, shopping and restaurants are all easily walkable—and with a car there are so many amazing places to discover in the area! Bel was a great host and easy to reach when we had questions. :)

The stay was great! The house is close to water in a nice quiet town with good options for food and groceries. Beautiful sunsets, clean home, comfortable bed. It was a great time for my family.

The place, the house, the apartment and especially the spacious balcony overlooking the sea are simply beautiful. The host's information is comprehensive and professional. Everything was smooth and uncomplicated

We felt very comfortable, the proximity to the place and beach is captivating, but we also liked the apartment itself. The pictures give a very suitable impression! The hosts were always available and check-in was also very straightforward via mobile phone. One point deduction for some dirty dishes in the cupboard and punctured linens - not a drama, but that doesn't have to be either. Just before Easter, some construction sites were in the immediate vicinity, but that happens.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

A beautifully situated flat with a large balcony with views over the mountains. The flat is quiet and peaceful yet only a stone's throw from all the amenities, restaurants , cafes and shops and the beautiful promenade and sea. We spent many hours relaxing and reading on the veranda, great new electric sun awnings, then stepped out of the front of door of the building into a lively seaside town to swim, have coffees and eat out. It couldn't be better placed. Great master bedroom with mountain views and a homely atmosphere in the flat. We would recommend wholeheartedly!
