Derek was great and very helpful! Gave lots of recommendations on things to do and the location is walkable to downtown phoenix.

Check in went smoothly, apartment is really nice and right near a few bars and restaurants. Walkable to chase field and surrounding areas. Apartment was really nice. Only thing you should know is parking is in the building across the street which was no issue with us (2 people staying) overall really nice spot, glad I stayed here.

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

Accommodations were very comfortable, peaceful and quiet; quaint courtyard area. Location met the needs for my visit. Safe and easy walking distance to shopping/ restaurants. Would definitely consider future stays. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

Aurelio and Rosy were awesome hosts!! Very communicative and made sure that we had the best experience we possibly could have at their lovely home. What a lovely surprise in Surprise! Highly recommend their beautiful home!

Beautiful home, nice, quiet and cozy!

House was very nice. Had everything we needed cooking wise. Backyard and pool was nice. Pool is deeper than most which was nice, a little colder but was very enjoyable.

This was the first time I’ve stayed at an Airbnb where the place was actually even BETTER than the photos! It was so spacious, and the kitchen, dining room, and tv area were all together, which accommodated our large group well. We had 3 kids under 3.5 as well, and there were multiple separate spaces to put pack n plays (e.g. a large laundry room and a large walk-in closet). Joe was very responsive and accommodating- he even quickly bought a multi-cup coffee machine when I asked about one. Can’t say enough good things about this place- highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

This is such a great house!! The layout was perfect for our needs, and the pool was a huge bonus for our grandkids to come over and play in. We appreciated all of the extra little touches found around the home. Charity was so easy to community with and she was super accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. We will definitely put this home on our favorites list and return again.

The house was pristine! The game room kept the kids and dads busy! Pool was great, lots of space. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!

House is located in one of the original 55+ Active Adult communities. The neighborhood was very peaceful, which is exactly what I was looking for. The home is very well maintained and was very clean. Nick was very responsive and great to work with. Loved my stay and would definitely recommend this home.

Our stay at Shonda's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic – a true five-star experience! The place itself was amazing, exceeding all expectations with its comfort and thoughtful touches. Everything was immaculate and beautifully presented, making for a truly relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Shonda was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect Airbnb experience!

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

This stay was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was outstanding—quick responses, super friendly, and full of helpful info that made planning a breeze. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything you could want on a getaway. We were surrounded by fun activities, great dining, and beautiful spots to explore. Whether we wanted to relax or be out and about, we had the best of both worlds.
