The building is next to Hotel Caribe in Bocagrande and only 2 miles to the historic walled city. The modern kitchen has all essentials, AC in every room, and fast Internet 800mbps. The building charges you 10,000 or 2.5usd per person, this is to cover guest band etc you will need to pay for this at checkin time.
